Reconstructed plant “Promprylad. Renovation”

The innovative center is established on the basis of an old factory that operates at the intersection of four areas of regional development: the new economy and urbanism, contemporary art, and education. It combines coworking, business, office, restaurant, bar, and more, creating a place for bold ideas to be realized.
PROMPRYLAD continues its development and expansion, and together with its team, has created about 6000 square meters of interior for this center, providing comfort for a large number of employees. Currently, they are implementing an additional 2000 square meters, which will significantly complement and expand the center’s capabilities and functionality.
